Cancellations received less than 30 working days before the Event start-date, do not entitle the cancelling delegate to any refund or credit note and the full fee must be paid
Non-attendance is treated as a cancellation with no entitlement to any refund or credit.
Substitutes will not incur any additional cost, however the delegate needs to notify the details of the substitute to the organiser at least one week prior to the conference.
